Of all the places our very own British people like to emigrate to, Spain is above all the most popular choice in Europe. The hot sunny weather, content ease of lifestyle and beautiful sandy beaches that tickle in between your toes, makes Spain a top choice for settling down or retiring. One of the more popular choices for purchasing a property here, are Costa Blanca villas - these are at present at its most affordable prices bringing up demands. Costa Blanca is situated in the province of Alicante, Spain. The region boasts a wonderment of white sandy beaches, calming blue sea and well developed tourism industry. It is not just the impressive coastline that defines this island, but also the mountains that overlooks it - ideal for those interested in mountain trekking. Costa Blanca villas, apartments and houses are available at high quality build and situated at desirable destinations - usually with a mountainous or beach view. The more sought after areas are usually up at the North of Costa Blanca in places such as Benidorn, Javea, Denia and Polop. Apartment prices usually start in the region of 90 000 pounds and above. These are not always fully furnished, but most have built in air conditioning or cooling fans. Properties in need of renovation can be bought for as little as 20 000 pounds. Villas and houses in Costa Blanca are also surprisingly cheap, compared to what they have been years ago. Newer developments are found in the Southern region of Costa Blanca and are slightly more affordable. Spacious Costa Blanca villas can cost approximately 260 000 pounds and a typical two bedroom apartment can cost 150 000 pounds. There is more scope for new build developments in this region as it is a flatland surface, with lots of farmlands and massive vegetable crops and orange groves. This particular region is popular amongst the British, German and Scandinavian holiday homemakers. The Northern region of Costa Blanca is somewhat more expensive as the property market here is more developed, and new developments are less likely to take place with the lack of larger lands to build upon. However, there are plenty of properties up for sale and resale, which have beautiful sea views and are situated in quiet rural areas. These kinds of properties do tend to be more expensive based on where the property is situated. Costa Blanca is approximately two hours away from the UK and the main airport is Alicante. Transportation links are easily accessible for travels into the main city centres.
