If you choose a large size, you want people to notice, but not actually see it. Your height, weight and bone structure are the best guides for what looks natural for your body. You may think you are going big and sexy, but once you have the look, it may lead to a lot of unwanted attention. Consider that you may be stared at and people may even have a hard time taking you seriously. You may be in a business where your looks are extremely important and a large bust is an asset. If this is the case, you are probably well-equipped to handle any negative aspects. If in doubt, counseling is always a good option. If you are firmly decided to go large, your surgeon has evaluated you and agrees to do it, then you are ready for a new and voluptuous self. As with any surgery, it is important to research your doctor to make sure he is board certified. Because placing larger sized implants are a bit more involved, pick a surgeon who has experience with this. Above all, be certain of what you want to do and hold yourself with confidence.
