How To Have Celebrity Hair Like Miley Cyrus
64583 Health & Fitness > Beauty Feb 29, 2008 pdelray How To Have Celebrity Hair Like Miley Cyrus Celebrity hair styles are a varied as the celebrities who wear them. Destiny Hope Cyrus was born on November 23, 1992 in Franklin, Tennessee, and is the daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus of Achy Breaky Heart fame, who gave her the nickname Smiley, which eventually became Miley. She may be a teenager, but Miley is already a very talented and popular performer and song writer. Some of her songs have been used on her show Hannah Montana, which focuses on a seemingly ordinary teenaged girl who leads a double life as pop superstar Hannah Montana. Mileys concert tour has broken several records in terms of ticket sales, and her fans number in the multitudes. Mileys most famous look is the one that she sported during the Billy Ray and Miley Cyrus Day for Kids in 2006. During the event, she wore her milk chocolate colored curls in loose cascades past her shoulders. This look was achieved by toffee highlights against a dark chocolate base, and plenty of leave in gloss. Her hair was brushed off of her face with a slight subtle part that extended from her hairline towards the crown of her head. This hairstyle works best with naturally wavy hair types, but anyone can wear it with a little help from a curling iron or a long finger diffuser to blow dry. To get this celebrity hair style, wash your hair in lukewarm water and apply a moisturizing conditioner. Gently towel blot and apply a conditioning spray, working the product through with a wide tooth comb. Then, separate strands into 1 inch to 2 inch sections, blow drying with a boars bristle round brush and using the fingers to lift individual strands. When your hair is completely dry, separate it into individual 2 inch strands, using a 1 and a quarter to a 1 and one half barrel curling iron, large hot rollers or adhesive rollers. Then, lightly spritz each section using a firm holding hair spray, and then curl around your entire head. When your hair is cooled, remove each curl one at a time and spritz a firm holding spray to keep them in place, and apply a leave in shine serum. If you have natural waves or loose curls, you can recreate this celebrity hair style using a long finger diffuser and a curl enhancing cream. Apply the cream throughout your hair, and then blow dry damp tresses with the diffuser. To create tightly defined curls, simply divide the hair into smaller sections and curl with a curl iron. Spray hair with a firm hold hair spray, and once it has dried, use a curling iron for touch ups, and finish with a leave in shine serum.
