Dealing with emotions can be a challenging task especially when one is facing criticisms from others for his actions or mistakes. Different people react differently when facing with such criticisms. Some tends to defend their action quickly and start blaming others. They tend to speak with a negative body language. They tend to take each criticism as a bad situation for them. One can learn that at the end of the experience, they can make better and effective decision making to achieve success. Harnessing your emotions in facing criticisms to achieve success can be applied in many different situations.
