Leadership, The Quality That You Should Attract By The Law of Attraction
What comes into your mind when we talk about leader? Not many people think about leadership if they do not work for a company. They normally think of leadership as a sign of authority. In their mind, leadership exists only in the organizations that require ranking. For example, they think of being leader in the government offices such as solider, police etc. As a matter of fact, this is not totally correct. People have to be leader of their lives if they want to have good and successful lives. Without leadership in mind, ones need to follow others. That is not healthy for their future. When we can master how we lead our lives, we will feel enormous power within ourselves. The power that will bring us the sense of self actualization is what we should aim for. With this power, we will attract the situation that requires us to demonstrate more and more leadership potential. According to the law of attraction, the more you focus on being a good leader, the more chance that you will learn leadership skill from various situations. The point is how to develop the basic leadership skill. Before you practice the skill, you need to understand the five basic qualities that a leader must have. The five qualities that most leaders have are the following: 1. Integrity and Trustworthy Good leader must be a person that others can trust. He does what he has said. There is an Asian proverb that "Once the king says something, he would definitely honor his words without drawing them back." We should do the same. Make ourselves trustworthy by honoring our words. Leader must be reliable for all responsibilities that he takes care of. 2. Care Leader cares a lot about his people. He will not hesitate to provide his best effort for the group's interest. He does thing because he cares about them. Leader show love and care to their people without prejudice. His people will do what the leader says if they truly believe that their leader has care for them. 3. Intellect We can not lead the group or our own life blindly. We need to effectively learn how to lead our lives. This involves in having enough knowledge to do things correctly. We need to learn a lot to become a good leader. If we study well enough, we will find that most good leader is a good reader. This means that the good leader believe in continuing their education all the time. You should practice the same method. 4. Courage Leader has to be able to face difficult situation. He has to be able to overcome his fear no matter if it is the fear of failure or fear of rejection. He must be the first one to come forward and face difficulty when tough time comes. In ancient time, the leader must be the first one in the troop to lead the battle. That is why they called him leader. He dares to risk his own benefit for the sake of the group's viability. 5. Discipline People are judged by their actions. We need to take actions to make what we want happens. However, effective actions normally come with continuing efforts. That requires discipline. Discipline is one of the most crucial attributes for success. Leader has discipline and be a good example by showing his people how we conduct his daily life with high discipline. Being a leader is not only by your title, rank or position. Being a good leader has a lot to do with your qualities.
