Create New Habits in 2008 instead of making New Year’s Resolutions
44578 Self Improvement > Self Esteem Jan 1, 2008 Polly Bitzerman Create New Habits in 2008 instead of making New Year’s Resolutions We’re all happy as we get set to venture into yet another new year after achieving certain goals. New Year presents us a chance to step into the New Year leaving behind all our bad habits!

You are that rare fortunate soul if you can truly say that you don’t need to give up on any bad habit, may be you don’t have any or may be you made some good resolutions last year and managed to stick to them.

Let me ask you a leading question. What bad habits do you have right now? Over eating? Drinking? Drugs? Smoking? Compulsive shopping? A people pleaser? Too much TV? Procrastination? Your hot temper? Neglecting yourself? Not eating enough? Stressing out too often? Spending all of your time online? Lying? Stealing? Being a workaholic? Being an enabler? Spending too much money?

I could go on but somewhere buried in this short list might be one or two things that got your attention. Let me tell you a secret. Somewhere inside of you, you probably know where you fall into this list of questions.

Our New Year’s resolutions are the small objectives that we try to achieve. Often, these goals are nothing but the attempts to break our bad habits.

Now think about it. Who would know your bad habits better? Your parents, friends or spouse? No, you are the only one to know them best! You may not know how to get rid of them but take a look around and you’ll be lucky to find a way to break your bad habits.

We all make resolutions with a good intention of achieving something good in life by way of breaking some bad habit. But we all know that change of any kind is a slow process. We all have made resolutions every year and have failed miserably!

Breaking bad habits may seem like mission impossible to some! You try hard to break away but the habit seems to have a strong force of gravity that keeps you glued to it.

Some people become addicted to kicking themselves when they can't break their bad habits. If you want to keep getting what you're getting, keep doing what you're doing. Sooner or later, you will kick yourself into next year.

There is always a right way to do everything and this is not an exception to breaking the bad habits either. Your New Year’s resolutions eagerly wait for you to discover this wonderful method!

Here is one great way to help you break any bad habit in mere 21 days! A woman named Lee Milteer has created this method. Check http://www.newhabitsin08.com and see for yourself.

”Habit Busting Secrets” by Lee is nothing but a revolution. The woman has experience of training top guns in the multinationals like Xerox, IBM and AT&T.

Once again, if you get back to doing the things you’ve been doing over the time and in 2007, the same things are bound to roll into 2008 as well.

If you are looking forward to live a new life in a New Year, you would first replace your bad habits by the good ones.
