Use the resume to show your strengths and what a great employee you will be if hired. Be a great salesperson and sell the employer on yourself with your resume so you will get the call for an interview. Tip #4 - Keep the Resume Short - Some people seem to have the idea that they need to have multiple paged resumes in order to get the attention of the employers.
