Everybody Has Their Idea Of A Dream Car, Here Are some Of Mine
26293 Vehicles Jun 16, 2007 Everybody Has Their Idea Of A Dream Car, Here Are some Of Mine When it comes to driving, what would you rather be cruising down the street in? I've always had a weakness for a sweet Pontiac Trans Am like the one from the television series, Knight Rider, but I could also go for a flashy Cadillac Escalade with 22 inch rims. Either car would satisfy me, but sadly, how many people do you know own the car they most prefer? The majority of the public simply does not have the necessary funds to purchase the car of their dreams. For instance, my best friend always longed for an Aston Martin, but what are the chances of him getting his hands on one of the most expensive cars in the world? This is the case with most of us with dreams of riding plush in a drop top convertible or whizzing through traffic in the latest Porsche. The chances of even sitting on the smooth, leather seats are also aiming too high. How many of us has a famous friend like Tom Cruise? So, we make due and look for less expensive vehicles that embody at least some of the qualities of our dream cars. For example, the new Nissan Titan and Armada aren't that bad to look at or drive for that matter. It has the capability of satisfying both the individual rogue, as well as the thoughtful family man. I had the pleasure of attending a car show in my area and had the chance to check under the hood of one of these babies. The number of SUV and full size truck selections on the market really surprised me. But nonetheless, I was impressed with the new Nissan Titan, especially the body of this popular model. The only thing that concerned me when I checked into this Titan selection was the gas mileage. While I'm pinching pennies to fill the gas tank, I'd rather have a car that could ration out infinite amounts of gas to the gallon, but we're stuck with a measly 12to 15 mpg in the 2005 Nissan Titan. It wreaks havoc on a gas budget, but it's not the only gas monster on the block. Hummers are also attractive vehicles, offering a great exterior, as well as interior, but they too, suck up large amounts of gas. When you are in the market for purchasing a new vehicle, I recommend visiting a sizable car show that allows you to catch a glimpse at some of the newest and most innovative cars to hit the scene. Check the newspaper and you may find one coming to your city or another nearby location. If not, there are numerous online avenues to explore. Many websites offer listings and images on both new and older models. And if you're lucky, you may find the dream car you've always wanted for a reasonable price.
