The easiest way to make fast money is to start with affiliate programs. You don't need your own product, a website, or even a list. All you need is a little marketing knowledge, and you can be making money in no time. Your first step is to decide what your interests are. It's no good to try and market something you don't care about, so you need to do a little research. Start by doing keyword research. You want to choose low competition, highly searched for keywords. Key phrases with more than three words are more targeted and are usually not as optimized for the search engines. You can use tools like Google Sandbox to help you find results. Results are the number of pages indexed in the search engine for a particular phrase. You can also use Google's Adwords suggestion tool to help you find out what others are searching for. The number of searches is different from the number of results. Searches tells you what people are looking for and how many times they've searched for it. Searching for your phrase in your favorite search engine can also help you find out if your term is popular. Just look to see how many ads are posted for your keyword phrase. Look for phrases that are searched for at least 100 times. The number of results for a keyword phrase should be no more than 5,000. Once you know what phrase you want to target, then you need to choose your product. Decide if you want to market physical or digital products. You should start by finding one product. Once you've set up the process, then you can choose other products and repeat this formula. There are several places you can go to choose your products: Linkshare, Commission Junction, Clickbank, and other affiliate networks. If you're just starting off, then marketing digital products is really the way to go because the commissions are higher, and you can get paid quicker. Choose a product that pays at least $10 in commissions. Sign up for an affiliate account on the site you are interested in. Do a little research by searching the marketplace, or you can browse the marketplace of the site by category. When choosing your first product, read the sales letter. Really study it. Look for sites that offer lists, free ecourses, or free ebooks. Giving away something up front will make it easier for you to get traffic to the site. Once you get the traffic to the site, then the site owner can work on converting your visitor to a sale. Create your affiliate link for the product you want to sell. To get sales quickly, you can start by writing articles and/or ads. Post your articles and ads to high traffic sites. Before posting, make sure that you've read the guidelines for the site. You want your article or ad to get accepted, and the way to do this is to follow the guidelines. Depending on the site, your article or ad will show up in the search engines in just a few days. Sites to consider are Go Articles, US Free Ads, and Ad Post. These sites all accept affiliate links. How much money you make really depends on how many articles or ads you want to write. Repeat this formula over and over, and you will see results.
