Making Money Online
13349 Internet > Affiliate Programs Apr 18, 2007 Making Money Online The American dream is to have enough money that you never have to work at all. The next best American dream is to work at home and be your own boss. Everyone wants to learn how to make money online. There seems to be a few people out there who are making money online and lots of it. The rest of us just want in on the action. There is a plethora of web sites and pop up ads out there that tell you that you could be making money right now. All you have to do is sign up. Like most things in life, these web sites and ad campaigns are probably too good to be true. Any time you see a web site that claims to hold the secrets of making money you should take it with a grain of salt. Most money comes from work and they call it "work" because it's not fun. If it was fun we would call it "fun." There are ways of making money online that we all know of. It seems like everybody I know has at one time or another has sold or bought something on eBay. I have even seen ads on the Internet looking for eBay shopkeepers. All you have to do is sell stuff for someone else and they will pay you for your time. I have never met anyone who is making money in this fashion and I honestly do not expect to any time in the near future. If you are creative enough and have a good business sense it is possible to beat the system and begin making money. Every so often you hear of a brand new and very innovative way of making money online. Not too long ago I read of a college student in England who started a web site and sold off portions of it to advertisers. His goal was to make $1 million to pay for college. He succeeded but his story is a rare one. Be very skeptical of the ads you see on the Internet. If you sign up to work for someone, it may be very difficult to trust them because you have never met and it can be a very risky move to begin a business relationship with a stranger. Making money is possible if you're creative enough. Perhaps you can be the next great innovator of online business. Just make sure that you are not putting down too much money up front in order to get your business off of the ground. Roger Fong recently launched his own Internet business to earn some extra money from home. In fact, knowing you, this could be right up your alley. The service I used to get started online is here: http://www.1stopaffiliatebiz.com/pips.html
