Allegra medicine also reacts with other drugs such as ketoconazole, erythromycin, rifampin, St. Johns Wort and others. Taking extra doses of allegra allergy medicine is not allowed. Possible side effects for taking allegra allergy medicine are minimal and mild. Some of the effects are: menstrual changes, stomach pain, nausea, tiredness and vomiting.
